Until formal company registration is completed, VeloryAI is a trading name operated by Miguel Baía, based in Portugal. All references to “VeloryAI,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to Miguel Baía as the service provider.

VeloryAI provides AI automation services for businesses, including (but not limited to):
AI agents for handling messages and communications
AI agents for scheduling and appointment management
AI agents for review collection and reputation systems
AI agents for outreach and lead reactivation
Workflow automation using AI and third-party platforms
VeloryAI operates as a B2B (Business-to-Business) service provider.
3. Eligibility
To use VeloryAI services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Be a business user (not a private consumer)
Have legal authority to enter agreements on behalf of your business
Not be located in a restricted or sanctioned jurisdiction
By using our services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
4. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
Use the services only for lawful and legitimate business purposes
Provide accurate information during onboarding
Comply with GDPR, ePrivacy, and anti-spam regulations when uploading or messaging contacts
Ensure that any contact lists (leads/customers) have provided valid consent
Users must NOT:
Use VeloryAI systems for spam, harassment, fraud, fraud attempts, misinformation, or illegal activity
Use the services for violent, hateful, discriminatory, or harmful purposes
Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the software or automations
Interfere with or overload our systems or third-party platforms
VeloryAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
5. Payment Terms
By subscribing to or purchasing VeloryAI services, you agree to the following:
Services are billed on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annually), unless otherwise agreed
No refunds are issued once a billing period has started
Users may cancel at any time, but cancellation applies only to the next billing cycle
Free trials (if offered) are limited and may be modified or revoked at any time
Invoices may be processed through third-party payment providers.
6. Intellectual Property
VeloryAI retains all rights to:
Software, automations, scripts, workflows, and system configurations
Website content, branding, and proprietary processes
Clients retain ownership of:
Their customer data, lead lists, contacts, and conversation history
AI Output Ownership: Clients are granted rights to use AI-generated outputs for their business purposes. However, VeloryAI retains ownership of the underlying systems that produce such outputs.
7. AI Disclaimer
VeloryAI uses AI and automated decision systems. You acknowledge that:
AI may generate incorrect, incomplete, or unexpected outputs
All critical information should be reviewed by a human before relying on it
VeloryAI is not responsible for business losses resulting from AI outputs or decisions
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
VeloryAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
VeloryAI is not liable for lost profits, lost business, loss of data, or reputational damage
VeloryAI’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the past 3 months
9. Third-Party Services
VeloryAI integrates with third-party platforms including, but not limited to:
GoHighLevel
Twilio
OpenAI / Grok
Make.com
These platforms process certain data as part of service delivery. Users agree to their respective Terms and Policies.
10. Service Modifications
VeloryAI may modify pricing, features, or service availability.
Clients will be notified with at least 30 days’ notice for pricing changes.
11. Termination
VeloryAI may terminate or suspend services if:
The user violates these Terms
The user engages in illegal or abusive use
Payment is overdue
Users may terminate at any time, with cancellation applying to the next billing cycle.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Portugal.
